Time to apply the material
Use the live workshop and follow-up sessions to think through your organizationâs next steps, ask questions, and keep moving after the day ends.
Conversation with other Catholic fundraisers
Connect with peers who are working through similar challenges in Catholic development work.
A single day of training can spark new ideas. The follow-up is where those ideas become clearer and more practical.
Every RAISE registrant will also receive access to two follow-up virtual sessions after the live workshop. These sessions will give you time to revisit key concepts, go deeper into important fundraising topics, and ask questions after you have had a chance to bring the material back to your organization.
The first session will take place about two weeks after the workshop. The second session will take place about four weeks after the workshop.
These follow-up sessions are designed to help you move from inspiration to implementation.
â Go deeper
Revisit key fundraising topics from the workshop and explore practical next steps in more detail.
â Ask better questions
After you have had time to process the material, bring your real-world questions back to Petrus coaches.
â Apply the training
Use the sessions to keep momentum going after the live workshop and turn ideas into action.
This workshop is built for:
- Development directors who want to strengthen their fundraising plan
- Executive directors who play an active role in fundraising

Whether you are building a fundraising program from the ground up or strengthening an existing one, this workshop is designed to help you take the next practical step.
Strong Catholic fundraising requires more than a good appeal letter, a donor visit, or a campaign goal.
It requires a clear annual plan, consistent donor communication, confident relationship-building, thoughtful follow-up, and a development process that your team can actually sustain.
RAISE is designed to help you see how those pieces fit together and identify where your organization can make progress next.
â A clearer understanding of how major gifts fundraising works
â Practical ideas for annual giving and donor communication
â A stronger grasp of major gifts fundamentals
â A better sense of how campaigns fit into long-term development strategy
â Time to reflect on your organizationâs fundraising strengths and gaps
â Two follow-up opportunities to go deeper and ask questions after the workshop
â Next steps you can bring back to your team, board, or leadership
