Harbor Membership Terms
These terms govern your participation in the Harbor membership and outline your rights and responsibilities as a member.
1. Payment Terms

The Harbor membership may be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan selected at the time of registration.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.

Your membership will renew automatically unless canceled prior to your renewal date.

You may cancel at any time by contacting support at [email protected].
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

No refunds are offered for partially used billing periods.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Membership Benefits
As a Harbor member, you will receive:

Access to rotating monthly courses focused on core topics in Catholic nonprofit fundraising.

Participation in our community forum for networking, questions, and resource sharing.

Monthly live Q&A sessions with Petrus fundraising coaches.
-
Full access to Petrus AI, our custom GPT tool to support donor communications and strategy.
4. Use of Petrus AI
Petrus AI is provided to assist with generating fundraising content and answering questions. However:

Members are expected to use their own judgment and discretion in applying AI-generated content.

Petrus AI should not be relied upon as a substitute for legal, financial, pastoral, or professional advice.
5. Educational and Informational Use Only
All materials, coaching, and tools provided through The Harbor are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Outcomes may vary, and no specific fundraising results are guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property and License to Materials
All materials provided within The Harbor—including videos, recordings, worksheets, slides, templates, and written content—are the intellectual property of Petrus Development.
By participating in The Harbor, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal and organizational fundraising purposes only.
You may not:

Reproduce, copy, share, republish, or distribute the materials outside of your organization;

Upload the materials to public forums, websites, or third-party platforms;

Sell or commercially exploit any portion of the content.
If you wish to use any materials outside of your membership, you must obtain prior written permission from Petrus Development.
7. Community Guidelines
All members are expected to engage respectfully and uphold Christian charity in all interactions within the community. This includes:

Respectful communication

Staying on topic in discussions

Supporting fellow members constructively
Petrus Development reserves the right to revoke access without refund if a member violates these expectations or disrupts the community experience.
8. Changes to Terms or Benefits
Petrus Development may update these terms or modify membership benefits from time to time. Notice of changes will be provided either:

By email, or

Via announcements in the community forum.
Continued participation in the membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Petrus Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in The Harbor or reliance on any provided materials or coaching.
10. No Guarantee of Results
While our goal is to support your growth as a Catholic fundraiser, results depend on a wide range of factors unique to your organization. Therefore, we make no guarantees about the outcomes of implementing any strategies or advice shared in The Harbor.
11. Force Majeure
Petrus Development shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of these terms for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor strikes, internet or utility outages, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of your participation shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brazos County, Texas.
