Membership & Seats

Can I add or change the people using my organization’s 5 membership seats?
Yes. If someone leaves your organization or you want to bring a new team member in, you can transfer seats at any time. Just email us at [email protected] and we will update your account.

If someone leaves my organization, can I transfer their membership seat to a new staff member?
Absolutely. Membership is designed for your organization, not just individuals. Email [email protected] with the update and we will help you make the switch.


Courses & Content

Where do I find the monthly course and how long will it be available?
The new course for each month is posted directly inside the Harbor. Once a course opens, it stays available for three months before rotating out.

Are the webinars and Q&A sessions recorded, and where can I watch them?
Yes. Every webinar and Q&A is recorded and added to the Harbor library. You can watch them any time, on your own schedule.

How do I submit questions for the monthly Q&A?
Inside the Harbor forum you’ll find a dedicated spot to post your questions in advance. You can also bring them live to the session.

Where can I download the templates and sample materials mentioned in the courses?
Each course has a resources section with downloadable files. Look for the “Resources” tab beneath the lesson videos. You will find all of the samples and templates for the month's topic available as one .zip file download on the Harbor dashboard page, on the righthand sidebar.


PetrusAI

How do I use PetrusAI, and what kinds of questions can I ask it?
PetrusAI works like a smart assistant trained specifically on Petrus’ teachings and Catholic fundraising practices. You can ask it to explain fundraising concepts, brainstorm donor strategies, or help with practical tasks like drafting appeal letters or thank-you notes.

Can PetrusAI draft fundraising letters, emails, or proposals for me?
Yes. PetrusAI can help you generate drafts of fundraising communications. You should always review and adapt the content to fit your specific donors and organization, but it is a powerful tool to save you time and spark ideas.

Where do I find the current password for PetrusAI?
The current password is posted inside the Harbor on the dashboard page, in the righthand sidebar. The password will change regularly, so check the dashboard for the most up to date password.


Account & Support

What should I do if I forget my password or can’t access my account?
Go to petrusdevelopment.com/login and click “Forgot password?” You’ll receive an email to reset your password. If you need more help, email [email protected].

Who do I contact if I have technical issues with videos or downloads?
Please email [email protected] with details about the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

How do I update my billing information?
Log in at petrusdevelopment.com/login. Go to your Library, click your avatar in the top-right corner, and choose Settings. Choose the Billing tab. Find the subscription that you would like to cancel, and click the ellipses button on the right to open up an overflow menu. Choose "Update payment method"

How do I change my personal information (name, email, password)?
Log in at petrusdevelopment.com/login. Go to your Library, click your avatar in the top-right corner, and select Settings. You can update your personal information there.

How do I cancel my membership if I need to?
Go to your Library, click your avatar in the top-right corner, and select Settings. Choose the Billing tab. Find the subscription that you would like to cancel, and click the ellipses button on the right to open up an overflow menu. Choose "Cancel this subscription"
You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing month. There are no refunds for partial months.
