2026 Feasibility Study Promotion: Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern Petrus Development’s limited Feasibility Study discount promotion.

1. Limited Quantity

This promotion is limited to 10 total discounted Feasibility Study slots. Discounts are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date a fully executed contract (and required deposit, if applicable) is received.

2. Discount Amounts & Contract Deadlines

Eligible organizations may receive a discount on their Feasibility Study fee based on the contract signing date:

  • $5,000 discount for contracts signed on or before March 31, 2026

  • $3,000 discount for contracts signed April 1 – June 30, 2026

  • $1,500 discount for contracts signed July 1 – December 31, 2026

No discounts will be applied to contracts signed after December 31, 2026.

3. Required Study Start Window

To qualify for any discounted rate, the organization must begin the Feasibility Study within the timeframe assigned to their contract tier. Study start dates are tiered through the year to balance workload and ensure timely initiation.

4. Deposit Requirement

If the organization will not begin the Feasibility Study immediately, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of contract signing to reserve one of the limited discount slots and secure the assigned start date.

The deposit will be applied to the total project fee.

5. Eligibility

The promotion applies only to Feasibility Studies contracted with Petrus Development during the applicable promotional period. Discounts:

  • May not be transferred to another organization

  • May not be applied to any other Petrus service

  • May not be combined with any other discount or special pricing offer

6. Promotion Scope

This discount applies solely to the professional service fee for a Petrus Feasibility Study. It does not alter or reduce any additional costs associated with the project, including travel, printing, postage, or other reimbursable expenses.

7. Expiration of Discount

Organizations that do not:

  • Sign the contract by the required deadline

  • Provide the required deposit (when applicable)

  • Begin the Feasibility Study within the assigned start window

will forfeit the discounted rate. In such cases, standard pricing applies.

8. Reservation of Rights

Petrus Development reserves the right to:

  • Adjust study start dates within reasonable limits to accommodate consultant availability

  • Decline to initiate a study if the organization is not prepared to proceed

  • Close the promotion at any time once all 10 discounted slots are claimed

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions supplement, but do not replace, the terms outlined in the organization’s Feasibility Study contract. In the event of conflict, the contract supersedes.
