Current Precautions in Place

• Hotel meeting rooms and event spaces will not exceed more than 50% capacity.  This number is determined by the State of Colorado Fire Code for the venue. 

• All conference staff and attendees must wear an approved facial mask while inside the event venue, unless actively eating or drinking.
• Food buffets will be served by conference staff.
• All food and drink will be pre-packaged or individually served.
• Appropriate social distancing standards will be maintained at all time.
• Conference venue spaces will be regularly sanitized with special attention to high-touch areas.
• Hotel rooms will be sanitized upon arrival and will permit no outside entry to the room once the guest has checked in. 

All safety standards and guideline will be maintained by The Petrus Staff and attendees as prescribed by local health ordinances.  *As these standards are ever changing, please check with Petrus Staff for the most updated information prior to arrival.
