Andrew is an established leader in fund development across many sectors of the nonprofit community. As president, Andrew is responsible for the management and growth of Petrus Development. Andrew has a passion for Catholic campus ministry and enjoys helping directors build a vision and implement the systems necessary to achieve their goals.
Peter de Keratry is a Co-Founder of Petrus Development and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in fund development, having served as Campaign Director for projects with goals ranging from $1 Million to $350 Million. As CEO, Peter will provide client support and strategic oversight of Petrus.
Dan Moraczewski is the Chief Operating Officer of Petrus Development. Dan will lead the talent search process for clients, manage company finances and support clients and prospective clients in their needs. Dan previously supported Petrus Development as President, Board Member and as a senior consultant.
Colleen de Keratry is a Senior Consultant with more than sixteen years experience in non-profit fundraising with a variety of organizations. She uses her skills in the areas of leadership, communication, organization, writing and analytical thinking to successfully guide clients in implementing strategic development initiatives to meet their needs.
Sarah Rose serves Petrus as a Consultant. Her former and current clients include St. Peter Catholic Student Center at Baylor University, San Juan Diego Catholic High School and St. Augustine Church at the University of Florida.
Linda Domeyer is a consultant for Petrus Development working with clients in the mid-west. Linda has fifteen years of experience in fund development and also serves as Director of Leadership Giving at St. Louis University High School in St. Louis, MO.
Tara Doyon serves Petrus as a Consultant. Her former and current clients include the Catholic Campus Ministry at Columbia University and St. Thomas More Newman Center at the University of Missouri. Tara excels at leading organizations in mission and vision exercises as well as building development programs from scratch.
Jamie Cappetta is a Consultant for Petrus Development. Clients that Jamie has worked with since joining the Petrus team in 2009 include the Pittsburgh Oratory, the Diocese of Richmond and the Catholic Campus Ministry at Columbia University. Jamie's roles in campus ministry have included president, assistant chaplain, director of development and campus minister.
Megan Dillon is a Consultant for Petrus Development. Megan joined the team in 2018. In addition to her work with Petrus, Megan is also Director of Advancement and Communications for the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Center at the University of Colorado in Boulder. In her role as a Petrus Consultant, Megan works with ministries to help them expand their ministry programs through investing in building sustainable development programs.
Kyle Jaeger is an Account Manager for Petrus Development. As Account Manager, Kyle works with new and existing clients to help them transform their ministries through development. Kyle personally believes that philanthropy is one of the greatest assets to the life of the Church. Giving engages supporters into the mission of the Church in a way that brings tremendous joy to the donor and helps the mission grow at unprecedented levels.
Shannon Cordray is Project Manager for Petrus handling a variety of responsibilities for clients and internal staff. Shannon brings to us twenty-two years experience in sales/marketing and fundraising.
Cory Howat serves Petrus Development as a Consultant. Cory has worked at several Catholic Church affiliated ministries including Boys Hope Girls Hope, Archbishop Rummel High School and Second Harvest Food Bank, and currently works in the Archdiocese of New Orleans Office of Stewardship and Development as the Director of Stewardship.
